FLUX offers advanced yet intuitive CO2 laser engravers and cutters. They combine industrial-grade capabilities with a compact, safe enclosure, making them suitable for everything from home craft workshops to demanding business environments.

FLUX devices form a cohesive ecosystem of modern CO2 laser cutters. They stand out from the competition thanks to their smooth operation, safety features (such as an enclosed housing and integrated cooling), and exceptional ease of use, driven by HD camera systems and user-friendly software. The choice of model depends on the scale of your projects—ranging from the compact beamo and the versatile Beambox II to the uncompromising, multi-tasking HEXA.

Discover the key advantages
of FLUX devices

CO2 laser technology

All models utilize a high-performance CO2 glass laser tube with an estimated lifespan of up to 10,000 hours.

Built-in HD camera (CMOS)

A key feature that simplifies the workflow. The camera generates a live, mosaic-style view of the work area directly within the software, enabling precise and perfect positioning of the design on the material.

Integrated water cooling

The units feature a built-in, closed-loop water cooling system complete with a radiator and flow and temperature sensors. This eliminates the need to install bulky external cooling systems.

Simple and versatile software

The dedicated Beam Studio software runs on Windows, macOS, Linux, and ChromeOS. It supports popular formats (SVG, DXF, JPG, PNG, AI, PDF). Additionally, the machines are compatible with professional LightBurn software (via wired connection).

Connectivity and Control

The laser cutters feature touchscreens for standalone operation and offer both wireless Wi-Fi and wired Ethernet connectivity (the HEXA and Beambox II models also include a direct USB port). Designs can be saved to the device's internal memory.

Wide range of materials

The machines excel at cutting and engraving materials such as plywood, wood, Plexiglass (acrylic), HDF, cardboard, cork, felt, leather, and stamp rubber, as well as engraving laminates.

Expandability

Each model can be equipped with a rotary attachment (for engraving cylindrical objects such as glasses and mugs) and dedicated, automatically controlled air filters (Beam Air / Beam Air Pro), enabling safe operation in enclosed spaces.

FLUX beamo II A compact machine for your next big step

FLUX introduces beamo II—the next evolution in desktop laser cutters. This device packs industrial-grade speed and expandability into an incredibly compact footprint.

At the core of beamo II is a powerful 30W CO2 laser that easily adapts to your growing needs thanks to an innovative dual-head system. Upgrade it with the optional infrared (IR) module to gain the ability to precisely mark metals.

Key features:

  • Industrial performance: Operating at speeds of up to 750 mm/s allows for lightning-fast project completion.
  • Smart convenience: The built-in automatic focus system (Auto-Focus) independently selects the ideal laser focus for the material being processed.
  • Versatility and safety: Its compact dimensions conceal a powerful tool that meets rigorous safety standards.

beamo II is a device designed for creators and small businesses looking to redefine the boundaries of their capabilities.

FLUX Beambox II

The perfect balance (For growing businesses)
  • Laser power: 55W (cuts materials up to 15 mm thick).
  • Work area: 600 x 375 mm, with a depth of up to 125 mm (offering significantly greater spatial capacity).
  • Engraving speed: up to 900 mm/s (3 times faster than the Beamo).
  • Dimensions: Weight 48.5 kg, 5″ screen. It strikes an excellent balance between powerful CO2 laser performance and a still relatively compact design.

FLUX HEXA

Flagship performance (For professionals and industry)
  • Laser power: 60W (the most powerful tube in the lineup; fast cutting up to 15 mm).
  • Work area: 730 x 410 mm, 120 mm depth (33% greater volume than previous Pro models).
  • Engraving speed: up to 900 mm/s.
  • Advanced systems: Equipped with Autofocus (automatic, electric material height measurement and workspace adjustment) and a fire sensor for enhanced operational safety.
  • Dimensions: The largest unit (weight 58 kg), featuring a 7″ screen. The laser tube warranty for this model is extended to 6 months (compared to 3 months for the beamo and Beambox II).

FLUX HEXA RF

This machine is designed for professionals, growing businesses, and educational laboratories that prioritize precision, speed, and repeatability.
  • High power and performance: Available in 30W, 60W, and 80W power variants. The 80W version can cut through acrylic up to 32 mm thick in a single pass.
  • Unmatched precision and detail: An ultra-fine laser beam spot (0.07 mm) and 2000 DPI resolution ensure sharper details and a very narrow cutting kerf.
Operational speed: The maximum engraving speed is 2000 mm/s, significantly accelerating batch production.
  • Workspace: The working area measures 730 × 410 mm and can be expanded with a dedicated base (enabling work with thicker materials).
  • Smart control: A built-in dual-camera system (16 MP wide-angle and 8 MP close-up) allows for a perfect real-time view of the material and precise project alignment. It also features an autofocus function.
This versatile tool is ideal for processing a wide range of materials—from wood and acrylic to leather and fabrics, as well as marking anodized metals.
